Job Overview

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and results-driven Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlink building, technical SEO auditing, and AI-powered search optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern SEO strategies, AI tools such as ChatGPT, and emerging AI search technologies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing SEO campaigns, conducting comprehensive website audits, developing effective backlink strategies, and adapting SEO practices to the evolving AI-driven search landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and search visibility.
- Handle both on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, meta tags, and backlink acquisition.
- Conduct detailed SEO audits to identify technical issues, crawling and indexing problems, broken links, duplicate content, and optimization opportunities.
- Plan and execute high-quality backlink-building campaigns through guest posting, blogger outreach, link insertions, digital PR, and relevant link-building opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis, backlink profile analysis, and keyword gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor backlink quality, referring domains, anchor text distribution, and toxic links; recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Optimize website content for search intent, topical relevance, semantic keywords, and user experience.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms for keyword clustering,



content briefs, SEO research, competitor analysis, and workflow automation.
- Understand and implement AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
- Keep up with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search developments, and changes in search engine ranking factors.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and professional SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlink growth, indexing status, and other SEO KPIs.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports, audit reports, backlink reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure SEO practices follow search engine guidelines and sustainable white-hat optimization techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Solid expertise in backlink building, link acquisition, competitor backlink analysis, and off-page SEO strategy.
- Practical experience conducting comprehensive website SEO audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficiency in keyword research, search intent analysis, content optimization, and competitor research.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, especially ChatGPT, for SEO research, analysis, optimization, and productivity.
- Understanding of AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and the impact of generative AI on organic search visibility.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console,



Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexability, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret SEO data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Good communication, reporting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable SEO improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing SEO campaigns for international clients across different industries.
- Knowledge of AI-generated search experiences and evolving search optimization practices.
- Experience with advanced backlink auditing, link reclamation, digital PR, and competitor link-gap analysis.
- Ability to use AI tools efficiently while maintaining content quality, accuracy, originality, and search engine compliance.
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating improvements in keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles.
