We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester with 0–1 year of experience and knowledge of both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, valuable analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be willing to learn, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality software products.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand application behavior.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.
- Perform end to end testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UI testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web or mobile applications.
- Identify, document, track,



and retest defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, test execution, and defect-triage meetings.
- Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and automation test results.
- Communicate testing progress, blockers, risks, and defect status to the team.
- Continuously improve testing processes, test coverage, and automation efficiency.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or Playwright
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
