Overview: As a Sales and Customer Service Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent for our Sales and Customer Service teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales and customer service domains, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build robust relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with Hiring Managers you will be responsible for working closely with Sales and Customer Service managers to understand team dynamics, staffing needs, and hiring priorities.
- Collaborate in the creation and refinement of job descriptions for Sales and Customer Service roles.
- Responsible for candidate sourcing utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, to proactively source and attract qualified candidates.
- Need to build and maintain a talent pipeline for Sales and Customer Service positions.
- Candidate Assessment conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, interpersonal skills, and alignment with the organization's values.
- Assess sales candidates for their ability to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Evaluate customer service candidates for effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric values.




- Sales Recruitment need to Identify and attract high-performing sales professionals at various levels, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Collaborate with Sales managers to understand specific sales metrics, performance indicators, and key competencies.
- Customer Service Recruitment need to Source and recruit candidates for Customer Service roles, focusing on excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Assess candidates for their capacity to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Employer Branding promote and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive sales and customer service landscape.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates regarding their application status and offer constructive feedback when necessary.
- Metrics and Reporting track and report on key recruitment metrics, offering regular updates to management.
- Utilize data insights to optimize the recruitment process and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- We do have Targets of 60calls; 2 quality submission and 3-4 joiners per month

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
