Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate/ Collections to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, invoicing, and customer account reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and resolving billing discrepancies

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and update payment information.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related queries.




- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and track overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely collections.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established financial procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of invoicing, payment reconciliation, and collections.
- Basic MS Excel and accounting software.
- Valuable communication skills are must
