Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process invoices, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Handle GST-related documentation, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data preparation.
- Assist in TDS calculations, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Follow up with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit documentation.
- Maintain records of debit notes,



credit notes, and expense bills.
- Prepare Excel reports and support other finance-related activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
