Salary: ₹12,000 per month for the first 2 months, with a performance-based salary increase up to ₹15,000 per month thereafter.

About the Role

7fresho is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Operations & App Manager to manage our laundry operations and application-based business.

The selected candidate will coordinate laundry workers, pickup and delivery staff, vendors, customer orders, admin dashboard activities, weekly vendor payouts, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Laundry Operations Management

Manage washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packing workers.

Coordinate pickup and delivery drivers.

Monitor order processing, garment quality, and delivery schedules.

Manage staff attendance, work allocation, and daily productivity.

2. Customer and Vendor App Management

Manage customer orders received through our laundry application.

Monitor the vendor application and coordinate with vendors.

Track pending, delayed, cancelled, and completed orders.

Report application issues to the technical team.

3. Admin Dashboard and Payment Management

Manage daily orders through the main admin dashboard.

Prepare weekly vendor payout reports and reconcile payments.

Monitor commissions, refunds, discounts, and payment records.

Maintain daily sales reports and operational records.

4. Customer Support

Handle customer calls, emails, and live chat.

Resolve complaints related to orders, delivery delays, garment quality, and refunds.

Coordinate with drivers, vendors,



and laundry workers to resolve issues.

Maintain complaint records and provide timely customer updates.

5. Team and Vendor Coordination

Supervise laundry workers and delivery personnel.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Identify operational problems and report them to management.

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

Any bachelor's degree preferred.

B.Com, BBA, Logistics, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent candidates are welcome.

Candidates with relevant skills and experience may also apply.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, logistics, retail, customer support, or a similar field.

Freshers with good computer skills and communication abilities are welcome.

Skills Required

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to use mobile applications, web applications, and admin dashboards.

Good Tamil communication and basic English communication.

Customer handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of payment records and reporting.

Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and willing to learn.

Candidate Requirements

Must currently reside in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Must be willing to work full-time from our office in Salem.

Must be comfortable coordinating with staff, vendors, and customers.

Salary Structure

First 2 months: ₹12,000 per month.

After 2 months: Salary will be reviewed based on performance, responsibility, and work quality.

Maximum salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month after the performance review.

Salary increments are performance-based and are not automatic.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
