About the Opportunity Evoke Hair Clinic is rapidly expanding its footprint across Hyderabad. As we grow our city operations, we are looking for highly driven, articulate sales professionals to join our core outbound team.

This is a high-impact, target-driven role designed for resilient communicators who thrive on the phone. You will act as the crucial first point of contact for our prospective clients, transforming warm inquiries into booked consultations at our premier clinics (including our Banjara Hills, Madhapur, and Kukatpally locations). We provide a steady stream of fresh, company-generated leads daily; your mandate is to build rapport, educate the client, and secure the walk-in.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Execute high-volume outbound calls to company-provided, warm leads, effectively pitching Evokes clinical services and treatments.
- Drive Clinic Walk-ins: Manage the end-to-end booking process, overcoming objections to ensure consistent, daily footfall targets are met across our Hyderabad branches.
- Consultative Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, actively listening to client concerns and clearly communicating the value of our specialized services.
- Pipeline & Follow-up:



Maintain meticulous records of lead statuses, schedule relentless follow-ups, and provide accurate daily reporting to management.

The Ideal Candidate

- Trilingual Fluency: Exceptional, qualified communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu are strictly required to effectively serve our diverse client base.
- Sales DNA: You possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully while maintaining a positive, persuasive tone.
- Proactive Hustle: You are a self-starter who does not wait for direction. You take absolute ownership of your daily call targets and walk-in metrics.
- Professional Background: Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer success is highly advantageous, though raw talent and drive are equally valued.
