JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

About the Company

Jain-Traders deals in cement and works with leading cement brands, including Mycem, JK Super, UltraTech Cement, and Wonder Cement, with a focus on non-trade cement supply for government projects and contractor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact builders, government contractors, civil contractors, and project-related parties for non-trade cement orders.
- Generate business leads and develop robust relationships with contractors and builders.
- Coordinate with government departments, PWD-related projects, and other infrastructure projects for cement supply opportunities.
- Follow up with company officers regarding code opening and approval for non-trade cement supply to new projects.
- Coordinate with officers for project registration, documentation, pricing, and order processing.
- Follow up on cement orders, dispatch details, delivery schedules, and pending requirements.
- Maintain daily calling reports, customer databases, order details, and follow-up records in MS Excel.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents using MS Word.




- Maintain basic accounting records and assist with billing and payment follow-ups using Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with internal teams and company officers to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and telecalling skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with builders, contractors, and government project representatives.
- MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and Tally Prime.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and daily reports.
- Prior experience in cement, construction materials, or non-trade cement sales will be preferred.

Key Requirements

- Strong follow-up with officers for project code opening.
- Knowledge of government projects and contractor dealings.
- Ability to generate cement business opportunities and convert leads into orders.
- Responsible, organised, and target-oriented approach.
