Spearmint Technologies is seeking a detail oriented AI Tester Intern to help test AI powered applications, features, workflows, and products. The role involves checking AI outputs, identifying bugs or inconsistencies, testing different user scenarios, and working closely with the development and product teams to improve the quality and reliability of AI solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, enjoys finding problems, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable testing different types of software and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

● AI & Product Testing: Test AI-powered applications, features, chatbots, agents, and workflows to ensure they function as expected.

● Prompt & Output Testing: Test different prompts and user inputs, evaluate AI-generated responses, and identify incorrect, inconsistent, irrelevant, or unexpected outputs.

● Bug Identification: Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, UI issues, workflow problems, and unexpected AI behavior.

● Test Case Creation: Create and execute test cases based on product requirements, user scenarios, and expected outcomes.

● Functional Testing: Perform basic functional, regression, and usability testing across different features and product updates.

● AI Quality Checks: Review AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency,



formatting, and adherence to given instructions.

● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of test results, bugs, observations, and improvement suggestions using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and ensure successful feature releases.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Strong attention to detail and a problem solving mindset.

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Basic understanding of AI, ChatGPT, Generative AI, and AI powered applications.

● Ability to think from a user's perspective and identify different possible use cases or edge cases.

● Comfortable working with online productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools.

● Basic knowledge of software testing concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.

● Technical knowledge, coding experience, or familiarity with APIs is a plus but not required.

● Education: Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of college, or a recent graduate.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
