Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring targets.
- Assist in client coordination and business development activities.
- Learn recruitment strategies, candidate management, and staffing operations.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
- Target-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
