JOB OPENING: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Civil Construction & Infrastructure Firm

About the Role

We are a civil construction and infrastructure firm looking for a detail-oriented accountant to

manage our day-to-day accounts, site billing, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily vouchers, sales/purchase invoices, ledgers, and bank entries in Tally Prime /

Busy

- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile vendor/contractor ledgers on

time

- Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle TDS calculations and challans

(Sec 194C, etc.)

- Verify construction material bills, site petty cash statements,



and contractor payment

certificates

- Maintain daily cash flow reports
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits

Requirements

- B.Com degree
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Busy and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building materials preferred
- High accuracy, honesty, and valuable organizational skills

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
