We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations on-site, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional problem-solving skills and a solid background in construction management.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure production goals, safety standards, and quality controls are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to keep workflows efficient.
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance strictly to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Review blueprints, schematics,



and project plans to ensure accurate implementation by the crew.
- Manage site schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet strict project deadlines.
- Order and manage materials and equipment, verifying deliveries and tracking inventory.
- Communicate project progress regularly to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and structural or logistical issues quickly and effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
