- Project Supervision: Oversee daily construction operations and ensure work matches blueprints and architectural plans.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance while conducting quality assurance checks.
- Technical Support: Solve in office engineering problems and provide clear guidance to work crews and subcontractors.
- Resource Management: Organize materials, track equipment, and monitor project timelines.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers through detailed site reports
