Lead Research Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Research Executive to build accurate, relevant, and well-organized prospect lists for our sales and business development team.

The role involves researching businesses through Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and other online sources. You will identify potential clients, find business owners and decision-makers, collect and verify contact information, and recognize businesses that may benefit from digital marketing services.

The primary focus is on lead quality, data accuracy, and prospect relevance, rather than collecting large volumes of random or unqualified data.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in lead research, data research, prospect research, B2B databases, contact research, market research, or lead generation will be preferred.

Strong online research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate and organized data are important for this role.

- The ability to identify promising prospects, such as newly established businesses, companies actively advertising, businesses with weak websites, or companies with limited online visibility.
- A basic understanding of B2B prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
- The ability to cross-check information and verify data accuracy before adding contacts to a database.
- Strong attention to detail when identifying and removing duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant records.
- The ability to organize prospect information clearly in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
- The ability to follow research criteria, maintain consistent data quality, and meet assigned research targets.
