Job Description

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with hands-on agency experience to manage, optimize, and improve advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who has worked on real client campaigns and understands how to turn campaign data into better targeting, relevant traffic, more enquiries, and improved advertising performance.

You will be responsible for campaign setup, keyword research, search-term analysis, budget monitoring, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of practical Google Ads experience in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency and can manage campaign activities accurately with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and business requirements.
- Work on Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, Remarketing, and other relevant Google Ads campaign types.
- Conduct keyword research, organize keyword groups, analyze search terms, and identify opportunities to improve targeting.
- Create and optimize campaigns, ad groups, ad copy, assets, audience segments, bidding strategies, and targeting settings.
- Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, cost per conversion, and budget utilization.
- Identify irrelevant search queries and implement negative keywords to improve traffic quality and reduce wasted ad spend.
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, and campaign settings to improve enquiries, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Review landing-page relevance and identify potential issues affecting user experience and campaign conversion rates.
- Check conversion tracking and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve tracking issues when required.
- Analyze campaign data, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.




- Prepare campaign performance reports and communicate key findings and improvement opportunities.
- Manage multiple client Google Ads accounts while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of practical, hands-on Google Ads experience is required.

Candidates must have experience working with a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency. Experience can range from 6 months to 1 year or more.

Applicants must have worked on real client Google Ads accounts. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or training without practical client campaign experience will not meet the experience requirement.
