- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and existing clients.
- Present property details, project features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Coordinate property site visits, customer meetings, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate with clients, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain customer records, and submit regular sales performance reports.
