Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners and customers for residential and commercial property requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Executive for regular field work across Bengaluru.

The main work is to visit properties available for sale or rent, take clear photos and videos, collect basic property details, and send the information to our team.

This is an on-field position and requires regular travel to different property locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Travel to different property locations across Bengaluru.
- Coordinate with property owners before visiting the property.
- Take explicit photos and videos of the property.
- Capture rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, balcony, frontage, and other relevant areas.
- Collect basic property details such as location, size, price, property type, and availability.
- Send property photos, videos, and details to the Zorba Estates team.




- Inform the team about any important updates regarding the property.
- Maintain a record of completed property visits.
- Follow the daily field schedule and assigned locations.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding property visits and updates.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Personal two-wheeler required.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Able to take clear property photos and videos.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview assessment.
