Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Plan machine loading and manpower requirements for CNC, VMC and other manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production output against planned targets and identify deviations.
- Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods availability.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare daily production reports, plan-versus-actual reports and MIS reports.
- Follow up on machine breakdowns, material shortages and quality rejections affecting production.




- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate material availability with the Stores and Purchase teams.
- Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization and delivery performance.
