You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and support the development of technology solutions for the banking and financial services industry.Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document basic loan processing workflows, credit operations, and banking/NBFC processes.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and preparing documentation, process flows, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to understand banking requirements and support their implementation.
- Learn and support lending processes, including home loans, credit cards,



and other financial products.
- Assist in analysing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the team in preparing functional documentation and maintaining project-related records.
- Travel domestically as required for client meetings and business assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant banking or finance internships are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of banking operations, loan processing, credit cards, home loans, or lending products.
- Positive English communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and transition into the technology domain.
- Willingness to relocate to Udaipur, Rajasthan, and travel domestically as required.

Preferred Background

- Candidates from banking and finance programmes or institutes, including Manipal.
- Candidates with internships or exposure to banks, NBFCs, lending institutions, or financial-services organisations such as Bajaj Finance and Piramal Finance.
