Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for technology hiring across India. The role requires strong expertise in technical talent acquisition, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring requirements and timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, GitHub, and other channels.
- Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation packages aligned with company standards.
- Handle offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Monitor KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Offer Drop Rate.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in HR,



Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (HR) preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment within India.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of the Indian IT talent market.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience hiring for startups or product-based companies.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, and Data Engineering hiring.
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
