We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic Soft Skills and English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal skills, and professional behavior among participants. The trainer will work closely with students or employees to improve their English proficiency and equip them with the essential soft skills required for success in their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on soft skills, including teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
- Deliver English language training, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational fluency.
- Program Development:
- Design and customize training modules to suit the needs of participants, focusing on industry-specific or role-specific requirements.
- Develop effective learning materials, including presentations, worksheets, and activities, to enhance participant engagement.
- Assessment & Feedback:
- Evaluate participants' skills through assessments, role-plays, and exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and track their progress over time.
- Participant Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
- Motivate participants to improve their confidence and communication abilities.
- Continuous Improvement:




- Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and tools to ensure effective delivery.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training programs.

- Soft Skills Expertise: Strong understanding of interpersonal, leadership, and professional development skills.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with the ability to teach advanced grammar, business English, and conversational skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and active listening skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to customize training content for diverse audiences and varying skill levels.
- Engagement: Capability to make sessions interactive, practical, and impactful.
- Assessment: Skilled in evaluating progress and providing actionable feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., Train the Trainer) or TEFL/TESOL is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in delivering soft skills and English language training.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is an advantage.
