The candidate will be responsible for typing, formatting, editing, and printing official documents while maintaining accuracy and professional formatting.

Candidates based in Hajipur will be preferred, as the position requires working from the college in Hajipur, Bihar.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and format official documents using Microsoft Word.
- Type letters, notices, reports, applications, and other college documents.
- Format documents using headings, tables, page layouts, margins, and styles.
- Edit and proofread documents for spelling and formatting errors.
- Print, scan, and organize documents as required.
- Maintain digital files and records systematically.




- Perform basic computer operations and assist with routine office work.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements

- Basic computer qualification or relevant certification preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Ability to type accurately and format professional documents.
- Basic knowledge of printing, scanning, and file management.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with good MS Word skills may also apply.
