We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager – Service to lead our automobile service operations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily service department operations.
- Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor workshop productivity, revenue, and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve service targets and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in automobile service operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of workshop management and service processes.
- Ability to achieve business targets and lead a team.
