We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of air conditioners (ACs). The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell air conditioners to potential customers.
- Generate new leads through calls, customer visits, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AC products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication,
negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in AC sales, electronics, or consumer durables is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of the Bhopal market will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
