Job Description: Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer

Company: Dongwoo Surface Tech India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Mappedu, Thiruvallur, Chennai
Experience: 2–4 years
Age: Below 32 years
Salary: ₹32,000–₹50,000 per month (as per the requirement shared)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities in the automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and related technical solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to provide technical support to customers.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Achieve sales targets and develop current customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, industrial equipment sales, or automotive-related sales.
- Good technical knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
