Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, controlling costs, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor sales, expenses, food costs, labor costs, and overall restaurant profitability.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing during all shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain productive operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and daily sales reports.
- Plan promotions and implement strategies to improve sales and customer retention.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure restaurant equipment,



furniture, and facilities are properly maintained.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
