Key Responsibilities

1. Field Recruitment & Community Hiring

Actively source caregivers through:

* Local community networks

* Village and district outreach

* Healthcare training institutes

* Nursing and GDA colleges

* Skill development centers

* Job fairs and walk-in recruitment drives

Build strong grassroots hiring pipelines.

2. Institute & Training Center Partnerships

Visit and build relationships with:

* Nursing colleges

* GDA institutes

* Healthcare training centers

* Government skill development programs

3. Conduct Recruitment Drives

Organize and participate in:

* Walk-in hiring drives

* Campus placement drives

* District-level recruitment camps

* Community hiring events

Support the organization’s goal of expanding the caregiver workforce.

4. Referral Network Development

Develop referral channels through:

* Existing caregivers

* Local community leaders

* Healthcare workers

* Training institute alumni

Encourage caregivers to bring current candidates through referral programs.

5. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

Perform initial candidate screening including:

* Basic interaction and motivation assessment





* Understanding candidate background

* Explaining the caregiving role and responsibilities

* Coordinating with the HR team for interviews

Ensure candidates are properly guided through the recruitment process.

6. Candidate Mobilization

Support candidates in:

* Documentation preparation

* Interview scheduling

* Office visits for onboarding

* Initial orientation and guidance

Ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee.

7. Market Intelligence

Provide feedback to HR leadership regarding:

* Availability of caregivers in local markets

* Competitor hiring activities

* Institute output trends

* Regional workforce supply patterns

Help improve recruitment strategies.

What we are looking for in the candidate:

* 2–5 years experience in field recruitment or manpower hiring

* Experience working with grassroots or blue-collar workforce

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills

* Comfortable travelling frequently for recruitment activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
