Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of construction and interior materials as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, vendor records, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor material costs and maintain effective purchasing records.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchase/procurement within the Interior fit out & Construction industry.
- Positive knowledge of construction and interior materials.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
