Job Summary

Dr. Aravind’s IVF is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, candidate sourcing expertise, interview coordination abilities, and experience in closing positions within the required timelines. Candidates with prior experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from branch managers, department heads, and management.
- Recruit candidates for medical, non-medical, clinical, and administrative positions.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Healthcare Recruitment
- Give priority to candidates with hospital, healthcare, and fertility-care industry experience.
- Recruit doctors, nurses, lab technicians, embryologists, receptionists, counsellors, branch administrators, and other required staff as assigned.
- Understand the qualifications, experience, and skill requirements of healthcare positions.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview dates, timings, and locations.




- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely interview feedback.
- Joining and Onboarding
- Follow up with selected candidates to confirm their joining dates.
- Ensure the collection and verification of required joining documents.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and training schedules with the concerned departments.
- Recruitment Target Management
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates to improve joining conversion.
- Prioritize urgent vacancies and immediate-joining candidates.
- Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain daily recruitment reports, interview schedules, selection status, and joining updates.
- Track vacancies, resumes received, candidates shortlisted, interviews conducted, offers released, and candidates joined.
- Submit recruitment progress reports to the HR Head or management.
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates who have received offers but have not confirmed their joining.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline to reduce recruitment delays and improve hiring efficiency.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Hospital or healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and resume screening techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to join immediately.
