The Role

We're looking for a creative, organized, and audience-focused Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into engaging content, smart strategies, and measurable results. If you can plan content, understand audiences, manage client relationships, and make metrics count, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

- Content Strategy: Develop social media strategies and content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Content Publishing: Plan, schedule, and publish posts across relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timely execution.
- Target Audience Analysis: Understand target audiences, track trends, and recommend content that improves reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Metrics Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and clicks. Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Client Servicing: Maintain regular communication with clients,



understand their requirements, share campaign updates, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely delivery.
- Billing & Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, billing confirmations, payment status, and outstanding dues. Work closely with the internal accounts team to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign results and use insights to improve content strategies, engagement, and overall social media performance.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of content calendars, social media strategy, posting, and target audience analysis.
- Hands-on experience in social media analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle client follow-ups related to campaign approvals, billing, and payments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
