We’re Hiring | Business Development – Sales

BNC is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for a Business Development – Sales role with experience in the loan/financial services industry.

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate
Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through client visits, networking, and market research.
- Visit prospective clients to understand their financial requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Handle client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote and facilitate secured and unsecured loan products.
- Travel to client locations for business development and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales,



preferably in the loan or financial services industry.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and client onboarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

Work Profile: 80% Field Sales (Client Visits) | 20% Inside Sales
