JOB DESCRIPTION: TRAINEE – LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY (LAP) Company: Electronica Finance Limited (EFL) Position: Trainee – LAP Department: Sales & Business Development JOB SUMMARY The Trainee – LAP will receive structured training and practical exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) sales and business development. The program is designed to develop candidates' skills in customer acquisition, field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management and the overall loan process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate leads and identify potential customers for Loan Against Property (LAP). Conduct open-market visits and support business development activities. Identify prospective MSME customers, business owners, self-employed individuals and other eligible customers. Understand customer requirements and assist in identifying suitable LAP solutions. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements to customers. Follow up with prospective customers and support lead conversion. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners. Assist in collecting and coordinating customer and property-related documentation. Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations and Legal for smooth processing of loan applications. Assist in resolving customer queries and providing timely updates. Support the achievement of assigned sales and business targets. Maintain regular reporting of leads, customer visits and business activities. Follow company policies, processes and compliance requirements. TRAINING & CAREER PROGRESSION Phase 1 – Residential Training | 7 Days Selected candidates will undergo 7 days of residential training at the EFL Training Centre to understand the company's products, processes, sales practices and LAP business. Phase 2 – On-the-Job Training (OJT) | 3 Months (Includes 7days residential training) After completing residential training, candidates will undergo 3 months of OJT facilitated by TeamLease CSR,



gaining practical field exposure and hands-on experience in LAP sales and customer acquisition. Phase 3 – NAPS Apprenticeship | 6 Months After successful completion of the 3-month OJT, candidates will continue under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) for 6 months, subject to applicable eligibility and program guidelines. Career Opportunity with EFL Candidates who successfully complete the 9-month training/apprenticeship journey and demonstrate good productivity and performance may be considered by Electronica Finance Limited (EFL) for employment as a Relationship Manager (RM), subject to EFL's selection criteria and business requirements. STIPEND / MONTHLY PAYOUT Candidate Qualification Monthly Payout during OJT 12th Pass Graduate ₹13,000 per month ₹23,500 per month Candidate Qualification Monthly Payout during NAPS 12th Pass Graduate ₹15,000 per month ₹25,000 per month Applicable payout and benefits will be subject to the respective training/OJT/NAPS terms and conditions.
