About the Role

Iskra Counselling Centre is seeking a Senior Psychologist / Supervisor for a full-time remote role combining client work with professional guidance and supervision of other practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote psychological support within the successful candidate’s areas of competence.

- Conduct structured supervision, case consultation, and reflective-practice sessions.

- Guide practitioners on case formulation, boundaries, documentation, ethical concerns, and referrals.

- Support appropriate responses to safeguarding, crisis, and higher-risk cases.

- Review care quality and help identify practitioner-development needs.

- Contribute to consistent, ethical, client-centred working practices.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a closely related field.





- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or providing case consultation to mental-health practitioners.

- Solid judgement in ethics, risk management, documentation, scope of practice, and referral decisions.

- Ability to provide constructive feedback while maintaining appropriate supervisory boundaries.

- Professional registration, certification, or licence where required by applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
