Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to develop and maintain AI-enabled product features for an enterprise SaaS platform. The role involves backend development, AI/LLM integration, REST API development, and building scalable, reliable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have robust programming fundamentals, hands-on backend development experience, and practical exposure to integrating AI models into production applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain AI-powered product features and backend services.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs), external APIs, and AI capabilities into existing product workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Build data-processing components and integrate applications with SQL databases.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI application performance and output quality.
- Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Debug software issues and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver product releases.
- Follow software development best practices, version control procedures, and automated testing practices.
- Contribute to cloud-based application development and scalable system architecture.





Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with backend development and REST API design.
- Practical exposure to AI/LLM application integration and prompt engineering.
- Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling fundamentals.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, debugging, and code review practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable application design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Required Technical Skills

- Programming: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Backend Development: REST APIs, backend services, API integration
