Position: Digital Marketing Expert
Location: Rewa, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Salary: As per the candidate’s skills, experience, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Manage social media accounts for the company and clients, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to develop engaging creatives, ad copies, reels, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract relevant audiences and potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, reach, engagement, and return on advertising spend (ROAS), wherever applicable.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Suite to track and measure performance.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and recommend improvements based on data and campaign results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple client projects and marketing campaigns while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, reduce advertising costs, and maximize marketing results.





Required Skills

- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and marketing funnels.
- Practical knowledge of social media marketing and major social media platforms.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Good understanding of content marketing, copywriting, and online audience engagement.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications

- Candidates with relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing will be preferred.
- Freshers with robust practical knowledge, relevant certifications, or hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and campaigns may also apply.
- Experience in managing client accounts, running paid advertising campaigns, generating leads, or improving website traffic will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
