About the Role:

The Next Chapter Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with practical experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience: 1–2 Years

We are particularly interested in candidates who can leverage AI tools, especially Claude AI, to improve campaign performance, analyze data, generate insights, and optimize advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Use AI tools, particularly Claude, to support campaign analysis, optimization, research, and performance improvement.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing, and ad performance analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track campaign budgets, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective digital advertising strategies.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting,



budget management, tracking, and optimization.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze campaign data and improve advertising performance.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and focus on measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns for the UAE market.
- Hands-on experience using Claude AI or similar AI tools for campaign analysis and optimization.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns and optimizing conversion performance.

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
