Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The candidate should have knowledge of mechanical maintenance, fitting work, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, assembly, and dismantling of pumps, motors, valves, and gearboxes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance of production and utility equipment.
- Inspect bearings, shafts, couplings, pipelines, and mechanical components.
- Assist in maintenance of process equipment, including mixers, reactors, and pumps.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists,



and equipment history.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, safety procedures, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Coordinate with the production, utility, and engineering departments.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance in a pharmaceutical or chemical plant is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment alignment, fitting, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of industrial safety and preventive maintenance procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
