Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

· Prepare CNC/VMC programs from 2D drawings

· Set up and operate VMC machines

· Machine setting, tool offsets and prove-out

· Read engineering drawings and GD&T;

· Ensure quality and optimize cycle time

· First-piece inspection and program modification

· Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering

· Routine maintenance and housekeeping

Required Skills

· VMC Programming & Operation

· SolidWorks

· Machining processes, cutting tools, fixtures

· Engineering drawings, GD&T; and tolerances

· Independent setup and production handling
