Job Summary:

Padmalife Nutrition is a research-driven nutraceutical ingredient company focused on developing cutting-edge, scientifically supported ingredients for global health and wellness brands.

We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Business Development Executive with a good understanding of the nutraceutical industry and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop B2B sales opportunities in Indian and international markets.
- Identify and engage with nutraceutical brands, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Generate qualified leads and convert business opportunities into sales.
- Build strong relationships with brands and key decision-makers.
- Handle product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business or related fields.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience,



preferably in nutraceuticals or related industries.
- Good knowledge of nutraceutical brands, ingredients, and industry trends.
- Understanding of the nutraceutical market and key decision-makers.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
