Puchkaman is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Training Manager from the QSR industry to strengthen our operational standards, food quality, and sales performance across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recipe Training: Train store teams on recipes, ingredient measurements, preparation techniques, portion control, and standardized food presentation.
- SOP Implementation: Ensure employees follow company SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, food safety, cleaning, storage, and daily store operations.
- Sales Training: Train counter staff on customer service, suggestive selling, upselling, product knowledge, billing procedures, and improving average order value.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistent food quality, taste, freshness, portion sizes, and presentation across all outlets through regular audits and on-site training.
- Store Training & Audits: Conduct regular outlet visits, assess staff performance, identify training gaps, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- New Store Training:



Lead staff training and operational readiness for new store openings and ensure teams are prepared before launch.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate training effectiveness through quality checks, SOP compliance, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory: Candidates must have relevant experience working with an established QSR brand.
- Prior experience in QSR training, operations, quality assurance, or multi-outlet management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recipes, food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and standardization.
- Practical experience in sales training, customer service, and upselling techniques.
- Willingness to travel regularly across outlets as required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-training skills.

Key: Candidates without QSR industry experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
