About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Engineer with at least 2 year experience in interior works to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple interior snd civil projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage on-site activities
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure contractors follow approved construction methods, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, whenever necessary.
- Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during work.
- Ensure all materials and equipment used in office meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities,



including daily reports, progress updates, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
- Provide daily reports, weekly report and work schedule to the management.

Qualifications:

B- Tech/Diploma in Civil engineering

Location: Current site: Pottammal, Calicut.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

License/Certification:

- Two wheeler license? (Preferred)
