Job Description:
Responsible for managing daily production operations, manpower, quality, and production targets while ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production planning and daily operations.
- Supervise workers and allocate manpower.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Monitor material usage, downtime, and rejection.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Maintain production reports and ensure safety & 5S.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma/Degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
