Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring across functions, from sourcing to the candidate’s joining. The role also supports onboarding and HR records. About 70% of the role is recruitment and 30% is HR operations.

Key responsibilities

Recruitment

1. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

2. Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.

3. Verify relevant licenses and certifications for technical and instructional roles.

4. Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and keep candidates informed at each stage.

5.



Collect interviewer feedback and follow up on pending decisions.

6. Draft offer letters, coordinate background and reference checks, and engage candidates until they join.

7. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

HR Operations

1. Coordinate and maintain onboarding and joining documentation.

2. Maintain employee records, the recruitment tracker and HR-MIS.

3. Prepare recruitment dashboards and periodic reports (time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratio, open positions).

Requirements

a. Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

b. 1–3 years of recruitment experience; experience in the aviation or education/training sector is an advantage.

c. Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP).

d. Strong communication in English and Hindi; good at follow-ups.

e. Well organized and able to handle several open positions at once.

f. Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
