Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, and support manpower planning across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and managerial positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, salary negotiations, and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies, whenever required.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per the company's manpower requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
