ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring experienced Accounts Executives for a leading multinational furniture retail brand.

We are looking for candidates with strong retail accounting expertise who are equally comfortable with customer handling and showroom sales support.

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY – RETAIL BACKGROUND ONLY

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the retail sector.

Experience in furniture retail, organised retail, showroom billing, and cash management will be preferred.

Candidates exclusively from non-retail accounting backgrounds will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily showroom accounting, billing, cash handling, and financial documentation.

Maintain accurate financial records, cash reconciliation, and accounting reports.

Handle Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and routine accounting activities.

Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with internal departments.

Interact professionally with showroom customers and assist with product-related queries.

Mandatory Sales Support: Attend to customers, provide product assistance,



and actively support sales conversions whenever Sales Executives are occupied.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

B.Com / Commerce Graduate.

Minimum 3+ years of retail accounting experience.

Robust working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST & TDS.

Experience in showroom billing, cash management, and retail operations.

Good communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.

Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.

Professional, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.

Candidates below 30 years preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE

Showroom Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: One day between Monday and Friday, as per roster.

Weekend availability is mandatory. Public holiday work may be required as per applicable labour laws and company policy. IMPORTANT: CUSTOMER HANDLING & SALES SUPPORT ARE MANDATORY

This is primarily an accounting position. However, candidates must be willing to interact with showroom customers and actively assist the sales team.

There are no individual sales targets, but customer engagement and sales support are essential responsibilities.
