We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate / Sales Executive to identify potential clients, build relationships, generate business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and introduce Advertern’s digital marketing and advertising services.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, marketing challenges, and budget expectations.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and existing opportunities to convert them into paying clients.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service recommendations.
- Present service offerings, explain campaign strategies, and communicate the value of Advertern’s solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM or designated tracking sheet.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to work towards monthly sales goals.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, business development, advertising, or digital marketing will have an advantage.
- Candidates who are proactive, disciplined, confident, and comfortable with performance-based targets are preferred.
