Job Description – HR Manager

Designation: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle contract labour management, manpower planning, deployment, attendance and workforce coordination.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Strong knowledge of wage codes and labour regulations.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, overtime and salary-related activities.
- Handle statutory compliance, documentation, audits and labour-related records.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure proper compliance for contract workers.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention activities.




- Coordinate with management and plant teams for smooth HR operations.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports and relevant personnel records.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Wage Codes.
- Hands-on experience in Contract Labour Management.
- Good understanding of Statutory & Labour Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll & Attendance Management.
- Positive communication, interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling HR operations at a plant/manufacturing setup will be preferred.
