Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinic In-Charge with solid experience in sales, counselling, customer handling and clinic operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily clinic activities, walk-in clients, patient counselling and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
- Handle walk-in patients/clients and enquiries.
- Counsel patients and explain treatment/wellness plans.
- Drive patient conversion, sales and clinic revenue.
- Manage patient follow-ups and relationship building.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Monitor daily sales, walk-ins, conversions and targets.
- Maintain basic clinic reports and records.




- Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Education Counselling, Salon/Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness, Customer Relationship or B2C Sales backgrounds are preferred.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Good counselling and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
