Job Title: Tender Executive (Government / PSU Tenders)

About Us
Voltaire Power Systems has manufactured servo voltage stabilizers and transformers since 1990. Our clients include the Indian Air Force, ONGC, BPCL and Indian Railways. We're building an in-house tender function and need someone to own it end to end.

What You'll Do

- Prepare complete bid documentation: technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, deviation statements, BoQ pricing inputs
- Submit bids on GeM, CPPP (eProcure), IREPS and PSU e-procurement portals
- Manage DSCs, EMD/bank guarantees, and portal registrations and renewals
- Maintain vendor registrations and GeM product catalogue listings
- Raise pre-bid queries, respond to technical and commercial clarifications, and participate in reverse auctions
- Track every bid from submission to award, with follow-ups at each stage
- Maintain a document library of certificates, test reports, past POs and performance certificates, and track expiry dates
- Work with our technical and production teams to make sure bids match what we actually manufacture

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years of hands-on bid submission on GeM and at least one of CPPP, IREPS or a PSU portal
- Experience with electrical, engineering or EPC tenders preferred
- Working knowledge of EMD, PBG, MSE/Udyam benefits, and Make in India / local content declarations
- Very careful with details. One missing document can disqualify a bid.
- Good with Excel and comfortable with structured tracking
- Clear written communication in English and Hindi

Good to Have

- Experience at a tender consultancy or an electrical OEM
- Familiarity with RDSO, MES or defence procurement
- Understanding of technical specs for stabilizers, transformers, or power equipment
