Job Description

Kalappa Farmers Market is looking for an experienced and skilled Cook who can prepare exceptionally tasty food across South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, solid culinary skills, and the ability to maintain consistent taste and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of South Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes.
- Ensure excellent taste, food quality, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle ingredients and ensure proper food storage.
- Prepare food efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience.
- Experience in South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
- Must be capable of preparing exceptionally tasty food.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
